Jerry Aiyathurai

     
  Jerry Aiyathurai has broad experience in performance improvement and mergers and acquisitions. In nearly two decades of management consulting, he has assisted several dozen clients in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and distribution, food, energy, health-care, pharmaceuticals, financial services non-profit and government.

Jerry has designed organizations and processes, utilizing cost, quality, time and variability measures to improve operating performance. He has led consulting teams, run a software development operation and developed robust methodologies for consulting firms and frequent acquirers. He has conducted change management and communication programs for major initiatives and facilitated senior-team workouts for prospective acquisitions. Jerry has dealt with all phases of M&A, creating acquisition strategies, evaluating target companies, conducting hard and soft due diligence, and integrating organizations after acquisition.

Prior to founding JCFactor, Jerry was a principal with Pritchett and Associates, where he led consulting teams focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Pritchett and Associates, Jerry was a manager with KPMG’s Strategic Services Practice, where he led performance improvement efforts for the southwest region. Before Jerry became a management consultant he was a staff auditor with KPMG, performing financial and operational audits in various industry sectors.

Jerry has lived overseas, and has consulted for major European Canadian and US corporations. He has published several articles and addressed numerous conferences on a wide range of management topics. An accomplished public speaker, Jerry was a finalist in the 2005 World Championship of Public Speaking.

Mr. Aiyathurai holds an MBA in Business Policy and BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
